**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Mobilization Drives**: Organize and support mobilization efforts in targeted clusters to identify and enroll youth and adults for skill development programs.
- **Government Schemes Management**: Stay updated on skill training schemes and ensure their efficient implementation.
- **Accurate Data Entry & Reporting**: Enter data into relevant government portals and maintain organized records.
- **Documentation & Record Keeping**: Manage all program-related documents, including attendance, assessments, and reports.
- **Stakeholder Liaison**: Act as a liaison between students, trainers, government officials, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reports, presentations, and managing communications.
**Specific Responsibilities**:
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for youth and adults to identify strengths and limitations, facilitating their journey through the program.
- Guide and support participants through the entire training process, from mobilization to job placement.
- Work closely with Community to ensure effective outreach and engagement with targeted communities.
- Maintain and collect program data, ensuring accurate reporting for internal use and government requirements.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with participants and ensure continuous engagement and motivation.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in mobilization, data entry, or managing skill training schemes.
- **Skills**:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
**Benefits: Salary**: ₹12,000-₹14,000 per month.
