The Injection Moulding Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all daily manufacturing operations within the plastic injection moulding department. This includes managing a team of operators and technicians, optimizing machine efficiency, ensuring product quality meets specifications, and maintaining a safe and organized production environment. The supervisor will be a critical link between management and the production floor, driving continuous improvement and meeting production targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Production & Operations Management**
- **Lead and direct** the daily activities of production personnel, including machine operators, material handlers, and moulding technicians.
- **Monitor and adjust** production schedules to meet customer deadlines and efficiency goals (e.g., maximizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness - $OEE$).
- **Oversee and optimize** mould changeovers, setups, and process startups to minimize downtime and ensure first-pass yield.
- **Manage material flow**, ensuring timely delivery and proper handling of various plastic resins and additives.
- **Troubleshoot and resolve** routine moulding process issues such as short shots, flash, warp, and surface defects.

**Quality and Safety**
- **Ensure strict adherence** to established quality control procedures, including in-process inspection protocols and documentation.
- **Collaborate with the Quality Department** to investigate defects, implement corrective actions, and reduce scrap rates.
- **Promote and enforce** a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all company safety rules and $OSHA$ regulations.
- **Conduct routine safety checks** on equipment and work areas.

**Leadership & Development**
- **Train, mentor, and evaluate** team members on job performance, machine operation, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- **Conduct performance reviews** and address personnel issues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- **Coordinate with Maintenance** for scheduled preventive maintenance ($PM$) and prompt repair of equipment.
- **Drive continuous improvement** initiatives focused on reducing waste, improving cycle times, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
