**Inbound Telecaller**: Receives calls from customers, typically for customer service or support.
- **Outbound Telecaller**: Makes calls to potential customers, often for sales, marketing, or lead generation.
- **Tele-Sales Executive**: Focuses on selling products or services over the phone.
- **Customer Support Executive**: Helps resolve customer queries and issues over the phone.
- **Outbound Calls**: Reaching out to potential customers to promote products/services or conduct surveys.
- **Inbound Calls**: Answering customer queries, providing information, and troubleshooting issues.
- **Sales Targets**: Meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales targets or goals.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Using CRM software to log customer interactions and follow up.
- **Lead Generation**: Identifying and nurturing leads from phone conversations.
- **Problem Resolution**: Handling customer complaints, queries, and escalations in a professional manner.

Pay: ₹7,295.96 - ₹12,538.11 per month
