Receiving the patient and Registration of demographics
- Scanning and attachment of previous physical records of the patient to the Case sheet
- Evaluation & Recording Patient Vital signs as per SOP
- Assessment of the urgency and severity of presenting problems by history taking and examination before referral to the appropriate clinician or service
- During virtual consultation, to assist the doctors in focused areas and aid for improved diagnosis and therapy
- To perform required physical examination of patient.
- Maintaining an abstract of all the patient details on daily basis in an electronic database
- Assessing and planning nursing care requirements
- Encouraging health seeking behaviour & re-utilization of the services by being caring and compassionate with the patients
- Counselling the patient on the advice given in the prescription.
- Discharging counselling services on the prescription by Virtual Doctor
- Should maintain integrity of the centre by maintaining good interpersonal relationships among the staff and other Health workers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
