**Working days & timings**: Monday - Friday in office (1st & 3rd Saturday are work from home), 10 am - 7pm

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually stunning and compelling graphics for our social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook. This includes designing posts, reels, and ads that resonate with our target audience.
- Assist in the design of graphics and promotional materials for new product launches, ensuring that the visual content effectively conveys the product's features and benefits.
- Design event-specific materials, including banners, flyers, and digital assets for promotional events, ensuring a consistent and eye-catching visual presence.
- Uphold and reinforce brand guidelines in all design work to ensure a cohesive and professional image across all marketing channels.
- Work closely with business team to understand campaign objectives and deliver designs that align with our brand messaging and business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years of job experience in graphic and "**motion graphics**".
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.

**Experience with social media content design and digital ads, especially on Instagram and Facebook.**
- Knowledge of video editing and animation is a plus.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
- A behance portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
