
Key Accounts Executive

**Job Summary**:
As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients. Your role will involve ensuring customer satisfaction, driving business growth, and identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen existing client accounts. This position requires you to occasionally travel to clients’ locations, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining a strong, personal relationship with them.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
**Account Growth**: Identify and drive opportunities for growth within key accounts, including cross-selling and upselling products/services.
**Customer Retention**:Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention by providing personalized service and addressing client concerns promptly.
**Strategic Planning**:Develop and implement strategies for key accounts that align with business goals and objectives.
**Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights and support for proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
**Performance Tracking**:Monitor account performance, prepare regular reports, and present findings to internal teams and clients.
**Problem-Solving**:Address and resolve issues or concerns related to account performance, service delivery, or product satisfaction.
**Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to better serve clients and identify new opportunities.
**Travel Requirement**:Frequent travel to key client locations, including meetings, presentations, and service visits.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel as needed (approximately [X]% of the time).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
