**Department: Mother Teacher -PRT**

**Reports To: Pre-Primary Coordinator / Principal**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with early childhood learning standards.
- Use stories, rhymes, songs, games, and play-based activities to introduce language concepts.
- Develop children's vocabulary, phonemic awareness, and communication skills.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess and track the progress of each child and provide feedback to parents and coordinators.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support overall development and well-being of students.
- Prepare teaching materials, visual aids, and activity resources.
- Foster curiosity, creativity, and a love for the English language in young learners.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Montessori or Early Childhood certification preferred.
- Previous experience teaching English to young children (3-6 years) is desirable.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Warm, patient, and energetic personality with a love for teaching young children. Creative approach to teaching and classroom

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
