**Key Responsibilities**
**Student Engagement**:

- Initiate calls to students, introducing career-related products, services, and counseling options.
- Understand student goals and recommend suitable solutions.
- Address inquiries about product features, benefits, and pricing.

**Client Relations**:

- Communicate with clients regarding the status and outcomes of their investments in career-related products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships by addressing client concerns and providing regular updates.
- Share insights, reports, and progress data with clients in a clear and concise manner. **Database and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Segment leads and clients for personalized follow-ups and communication. **Performance Targets**:

- Consistently achieve or exceed call, lead conversion, and client satisfaction targets. **Collaboration**:

- Work with the sales and product teams to enhance customer and client experiences.
- Provide actionable feedback on customer needs and market trends.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: a Bachelor’s degree.
- **Experience**:2 to 4 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer relationship management, preferably in the education, investment, or service sectors.
- **Communication Skills**:Fluent in [insert languages, e.g., English, Hindi, or regional languages] with excellent verbal and persuasive communication.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and telecalling systems.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to handle rejections gracefully, build rapport, and maintain professionalism.
- **Target-Driven**:Strong motivation to meet and exceed targets with mínimal supervision.
- **Multitasking Ability**:Efficiently manage student outreach and client communications.
