**Job Overview**:
The PMO Intern will provide support to the Project Management Office by assisting in various project management tasks. This role provides hands-on experience with project coordination, tracking, documentation, and communication, while allowing the intern to gain insights into project management processes and methodologies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Project Coordination Support: Assist in maintaining project schedules and timelines.
- Documentation: Help maintain accurate project records, prepare meeting minutes, and update project documentation as needed.
- Data Gathering and Reporting: Assist in collecting and organizing project data for status reports, presentations, and dashboards.
- Administrative Support: Help coordinate and organize project meetings, ensuring follow-ups on action items
- Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the PMO
- Communication: Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance project management skills and understanding of PMO functions.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic understanding of project management principles is a plus.
- Exposure to project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Familiarity with project management software/tools is a plus (e.g., ClickUp, JIRA, Trello).
