We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a **Field Executive**. As a Field Executive, you will represent our company and promote our products or services to potential clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting field visits to meet prospective clients and introduce our products/services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Presenting product/service information and demonstrations to clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Providing regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Handling customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
- Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and other networking events as required.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a field-based position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using technology, including mobile devices, CRM software, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, based on client availability.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
