**JOB DESCRIPTION**: Verify and enter all purchase/sales invoices, journal entries, and daily accounting transactions of ACIM SA.  Prepare and authenticate all accounting and MIS reports.  Submit monthly profitability and balance sheets.  Control accounts receivables, follow up with the sales team for timely collections, and reconcile books with customers.  Manage accounts payable and coordinate with the purchase team for timely reconciliation with suppliers.  Follow up with all departments for day-to-day completion of accounting transactions.  Prepare and verify reports on production, sales, purchases, inventory, and cash flow.  Prepare tax and compliance reports according to Mali laws.  Prepare and revise legal agreements for customers, suppliers, and business associates.  Deal with local consultants for compliance and assist in legal affairs & MIS data preparation.  Handle daily cash management and prepare cash flow and funds flow statements.  Complete customs and BIVAC processes for import shipments.  Engage in day-to-day dealings with banks and manage working capital and Capex control.  Maintain stock records and oversee the financial aspects of plant/warehouse operations.  Prepare costings for imports and goods to be sold.
