Location: Mathikere

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop original and engaging content tailored for each platform, including but not limited to photos, videos, graphics, and captions.

Content Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and schedules to ensure a consistent and timely presence on all platforms.

Audience Engagement: Actively engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Platform Management: Manage and maintain the organization's presence on Facebook, Instagram, ShareChat, and YouTube, including posting, scheduling, and optimizing content for each platform.

Creative Ideation: Continuously brainstorm and pitch new ideas for content series, campaigns, and collaborations to drive engagement and growth.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across all platforms to track the effectiveness of content and campaigns, and provide insights for optimization.

Collaboration: Work closely with the design, video production, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

Proven experience as a content creator or social media manager, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and projects.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

In-depth knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of various content formats and their suitability for different platforms.

Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with content creation specifically for Facebook, Instagram, ShareChat, and YouTube.

Familiarity with basic graphic design and video editing software.

Understanding of SEO principles and optimization techniques for social media.

Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving social media trends and algorithms.

Prior experience in influencer marketing or collaboration management is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
