JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position - Receptionist / Front Office Executive
Location: Durgamcheruvu & SR nagar
Qualification -Any graduate
Experience
- 2 to 3 Yrs.
Shift Time: 11.00 am to 8.00 Pm
Salary - 15k-18k ( based on experience)

**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks
- Answering phone calls and forwarding calls to respective departments
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handling enquiries and sorting mail
- Copying, scanning and filing documents
- Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders for replacements
- Prepare Attendance sheets on daily basis.
Education and professional qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of front desk experience in the IT /ITES industry preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of computer software, such as word Excel and presentation tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
