**Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our Supply Team. As a Supply Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our research projects by managing our network of Suppliers / Vendors. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery for our research initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Source and onboard new Suppliers/Vendors to expand our network and capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts/agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and project timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand online project requirements and align supplier deliverables accordingly.
- Monitor the operations and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
- Resolve supply-related issues and escalate critical issues to team or management as needed.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments as per market research industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful execution of research projects and achieve organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate records related to supplier contracts, agreements, and performance metrics. Key Skills

**Job Type**: Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
