As a Web and Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional digital assets for websites, marketing materials, and various digital platforms. Your role involves a combination of graphic design, web design, and user experience (UX) design to ensure a seamless and engaging online presence for our company or clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Graphic Design: Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and visual elements for digital and print materials.

Design logos, icons, banners, infographics, and other branding assets.

Ensure consistency in branding and design across all marketing collateral.

**Web Design**: Design and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites.

Collaborate with the development team to translate design concepts into functional web interfaces.

Optimize web designs for both desktop and mobile devices.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design.

**User Experience (UX) Design**:Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behavior and preferences.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts and user flows.

Improve website navigation, accessibility, and overall user experience.

**Content Creation**: Collaborate with content creators and copywriters to integrate visuals into content.

Edit and format images, videos, and multimedia content for digital platforms.

**Software Proficiency**:Proficiently use graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, Figma) and web design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Webflow).

Stay updated on the latest design software and technologies.

**Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring quality.

Communicate with clients or stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

**Brand Consistency**: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines in all design work.

Ensure that all design elements align with the company's or client's brand identity.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Design: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Industrial Area, Mohali, Punjab (preferred)
