Job Description**:STEM Teacher (Robotics & Emerging Technologies)**

**Job Location**: Bangalore (In-person, travel to partner schools within city)

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Schedule**: Day Shift

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- **STEM Curriculum Delivery**: Plan and deliver structured lessons on **Robotics, Electronics, Programming (Block-based, Arduino, or Python)**, and emerging technologies as per the prescribed syllabus for different student age groups.
- **Classroom Teaching**: Conduct in-person classes at partner schools while maintaining discipline, engagement, and a collaborative learning environment.
- **Project-Based Learning**: Facilitate hands-on projects, classroom activities, and experiments to foster practical understanding and problem-solving skills.
- **Student Mentoring**: Motivate students to develop creativity, logical reasoning, and teamwork abilities through STEM-based assignments and projects.
- **Progress Assessment**: Regularly track student performance, maintain progress records, and share timely feedback.
- **Technical Support**: Guide students in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and coding-related challenges during classroom sessions.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**: Collaborate with school management, teachers, and internal academic teams for lesson planning, scheduling, and curriculum execution.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated on the latest developments in STEM education, tools, and teaching methodologies through training and workshops.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Diploma / BSc / B.Ed / BE / M.Sc / M.Tech in **Electronics, Computer Science, Physics, or related fields.**:

- **Experience**:

- **1 to 2 years** of experience teaching **STEM, Robotics, Coding, or Electronics** in schools or EdTech organizations preferred.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong interest and proficiency in **STEM education**:

- Basic knowledge of **Robotics Kits, Electronics, and Programming (Arduino, Block Coding, Python preferred)**:

- Excellent **classroom management and communication skills**:

- Ability to plan and execute engaging, interactive lessons
- Student-friendly, patient, and organized approach
- Passion for teaching and fostering innovation in young minds
