**Role Overview**:
SS Technologies OPC Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and driven individuals for the role of Sales Executive. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients to promote cutting-edge engine and transmission technologies, ensuring top-notch customer service, and contributing to sales objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Initiate **outbound calls** to prospective and existing clients, highlighting our latest engine and transmission technology offerings.
- Handle incoming inquiries regarding automotive components, providing accurate information and resolving any issues.
- Maintain and update client data within the company database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide detailed information on our **engine and transmission solutions**, including pricing and special offers, to drive interest and sales.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer service processes.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Excellent communication skills**, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- **Must be a Graduate**:
- Strong ability to engage customers, build rapport, and handle negotiations effectively.
- Proven ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and close sales.
- Strong technical aptitude with a good understanding of automotive technology.
**Additional Information**:
- Salary & Benefits**:Up to ₹40,000 per month plus Lucrative Incentives
- Work Environment: Friendly and supportive work culture
- Work Location: On-site (Work from Office)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
