Strong understanding of Reactjs. development, and its core principles

Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

Design and implement integration solutions, including RESTful APIs, message queues, or event-driven architectures.

Implement automated testing frameworks (Cypress or other leading testing tool) and continuous integration processes.

Lead the development team in implementing the proposed solution.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers.

Ensure coding standards, best practices, and architectural principles are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
