**Job Title: Sales Executive (Fresher) - Sweet Line Job Role Summary**:
As a Sales Executive in the sweet line (confectionery/FMCG), your main responsibility is to increase product sales in your designated area, maintain good relationships with retailers/distributors, and help build the brand in the local market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Promote and sell confectionery products (sweets, Bakery, Snacks, etc.) to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- **Market Visits**:

- Regular field visits to shops, markets, and retail outlets.
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and stock availability.
- **Distributor/Retailer Handling**:

- Build strong relationships with existing and new retailers.
- Collect orders and coordinate with the supply/logistics team.
- **Promotional Activities**:

- Execute promotional campaigns (sampling, posters, offers).
- Ensure POS (point-of-sale) materials are displayed properly.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain daily sales reports and update the manager.
- Share customer feedback and market trends.
- **Payment & Collection**:

- Ensure timely payment collection as per company norms.

**Skills Required**:

- Good communication skills (local language and basic English).
- Sales-oriented mindset and convincing ability.
- Basic understanding of FMCG/retail market.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and ready to learn.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: 10+2 or Graduation (any stream).
- Experience: Fresher (0 years); field experience or internship is a plus.
