**Job Title: Caretaker cum Cook**

**Age : 45 to 55 years (MALE)**

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience 20 -30 years as a caretaker and cook.
- Knowledge of nutrition and meal planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Patience, empathy, and a caring attitude.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Cooking**:

- Prepare daily meals according to dietary preferences and nutritional guidelines.
- Plan weekly menus and grocery lists.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring food safety standards.
- Cater to specific dietary restrictions and preferences.
- **Caretaking**:

- Provide companionship and support to family members as needed.
- Assist with daily activities and household tasks.
- Ensure a safe and clean living environment.
- Ensure to give medicines in time.
- **General Household Management**:

- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning.
- Run errands such as grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions.
- Monitor and report any health or safety concerns.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry items as needed.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods while cooking and cleaning.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
