**Position Overview**

The post holder will be engaging with MIS Management/ Customer Relationship Management

**Job Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting interviews using the phone with students to assess and improve their university interview skills
- Explaining the details of the interview to students
- Preparing an interview schedule that includes all pertinent information about each student.
- Other Duties as may be assigned related to interviews.
- Must be proficient in English Speaking and Writing.
- Writing Statement of purpose / Intensions letter for Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom (UK)
- Must have good hold on English Communication and Vocabulary
- Strong in writing concepts on paper based on choice of universities and courses preferred by.

**Skills Needed**:

- Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve results.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
- Presentation and Communication Skills
- An ability to communicate effectively with students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
