Job Description:
The Customer Installations Group is now seeking to add an Installations Administrator to its Project Management Office. This position will be responsible for managing current business-critical processes key to the success of installation operations, as well as developing and distributing reports to broad cross-functional audiences. This individual should be a dynamic professional who is looking for a rewarding future in one of today’s most exciting technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

- Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key installation processes, following up with the team diligently to improve process fidelity and data accuracy
- Collect project close-out documentation, such as final as-built drawings and inspection results, from general contractors, design firms, and city inspectors, maintaining detailed records of which documents have been obtained and which are still pending, and report out these results to upper management
- Maintain multiple current processes to ensure installation success, following up with both internal and external parties to ensure process adherence and gather necessary outputs
- Establish a balanced culture of structured process mentality as well as flexibility to promote innovation
- Get results through detail-focused organization and by maintaining a sense of urgency

Education & Experience:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in an office setting
- Excellent general computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required. Experience with QuickBase, SalesForce, Tableau, and Agile a plus, but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills; this role will interface with external vendors
- Capable of juggling 20+ reports and processes simultaneously while staying organized and diligently following up on open items; detail-oriented

Self-starter who is comfortable working independently, working well under pressure, and working with people in a variety of roles
