Telesales Executive in Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Ø Make out-bound telephone calls to prospects.
Ø Set up appointments with prospective clients.
Ø Maintain timely follow-ups with prospective clients.
Ø Maintain professional relationship with existing clients for cross-sell, up-sell and keep the clients updated.
Ø Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
Ø Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis.
Ø Attend campaign briefings.
Ø Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our client products, services and the objectives of specific campaigns.
Ø Maintain confidentiality.
Ø Record details of opportunities and lead notes.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)
**Experience**:
- 5years Tele Calling: 3 years (required)
