Prt Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Create a positive and interactive classroom environment** that fosters student participation, curiosity, and learning.
- **Develop and implement lesson plans** in line with the school’s curriculum and academic standards.
- **Assess and monitor student progress** through quizzes, tests, assignments, and observations, providing feedback to encourage growth.
- **Support the social and emotional development** of students through positive reinforcement, guidance, and activities that promote teamwork and confidence.
- **Maintain effective communication** with parents and guardians to discuss student progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- **Encourage creativity and problem-solving** by incorporating hands-on activities and interactive learning.
- **Collaborate with other teachers** and staff to plan activities and share resources that enhance learning experiences.
- **Prepare classroom materials** and resources to support instructional goals.
- **Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events** to stay updated on educational best practices and school initiatives.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
