We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Kolkata. This is a work from office opportunity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the end-to-end employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, retention, and offboarding.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and provide HR support to achieve these objectives.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement action plans to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.
