Job Summary: The Student Placement Coordinator is responsible for facilitating student placements, internships, and work-based learning experiences. The Coordinator will collaborate with educational institutions, employers, and community partners to provide students with valuable, practical learning opportunities that align with their academic and career goals. The Coordinator will ensure that all placements meet program requirements and provide a positive experience for both the student and the host organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, employers, and community partners to identify and secure placement opportunities for students.
- Collaborate with academic departments to align student placements with academic and career goals.
- Provide orientation and training to students prior to placement to ensure they are prepared for the work-based learning experience.
- Monitor student progress and provide ongoing support and feedback to ensure a positive experience for both the student and host organization.
- Ensure that all placements meet program requirements and comply with legal and ethical guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student placements and program outcomes.
- Conduct research and gather data to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in program evaluation and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in program coordination or related field.
- Experience working with educational institutions, employers, and community partners.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of legal and ethical guidelines related to student placements and work-based learning.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
