**JOB DESCRIPTION AND PROCESS - AU BANK**

**About BANK OFFICER CASA - BRANCH BANKING**
- Responsible for achieving the allocated targets pertaining to Current Accounts numbers

& Savings Account.
- Create awareness of having accounts with bank.
- Manage portfolio of acquired customers, and building relationship with them for enhancing business.
- Understands customer requirements and advises them objectively
- Share knowledge with co-workers and understand the new processes from them
- Work in close co-ordination with the customers and keep them updated about the changes in banking sector.

**Hiring Process**
- Post student confirms ACP to share the excel sheet with all student data to KKNEA
- Client interview scheduled to be shared by KKNEA and on completion the selected list will be shared by client to KKNEA
- The same selected list will be shared by KKNEA to ACP
- The training content is customized by the client and the trainer is from KKNEA
- The Documentation and Offer Letter process is done during the training period of 12 days.
- The certificate will be a joint certification

**Any specific requirements**
- Self-Starter, Skilled Seller, excellent interpersonal skills, Good understanding about

Current a/c's & Savings a/c.
- Good Networking Skills
- Understanding the market Dynamics
- Very Extrovert in Nature
- Knowledge of local language with Average Communication Skills and comprehendible

English Speaking Skills
- Knowledge of the allocated geographical area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Quarterly bonus
