**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach businesses, companies, and institutes to extract hiring requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR teams, decision-makers, and institutions for B2B partnerships.
- Meet potential clients, pitch our talent acquisition services, and onboard them as hiring partners.
- Strategize and implement marketing plans to expand our client base.
- Communicate effectively to understand and fulfill recruitment needs.
- Work closely with the team to achieve business growth and targets.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to network, build relationships, and negotiate with clients.
- A passion for marketing and business expansion.
- Self-driven, proactive, and willing to work in a startup environment under individual leadership.
- Experience in B2B marketing or recruitment consulting is a plus but not mandatory.
