Job Title:Account Executive and Administrator

Location: Cochin, Kerala

As a dynamic and innovative company, we are seeking a talented account executive and administrator to oversee vendors as well as manage overall accounting matters. The person should be multitasking based on the needs of the company.

**Responsibilities**:
**Financial Management**:

- Manage general accounts, including petty cash, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, monitoring and reporting on expenditures.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management.
- Maintain effective internal controls and compliance with company financial policies.

**Vendor Management**:

- Source and select qualified vendors for various project requirements.
- Negotiate and finalise contracts with vendors, ensuring competitive pricing and favourable terms.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure high-quality construction standards are met, adhering to building codes and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and invoices.

**Qualifications**:

- BCom/MCom Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and construction management software a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
