**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Follow-Up**:

- Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term relationships with clients.
- **Product/Service Presentation**:

- Explain the features and benefits of the company’s products/services.
- Deliver tailored sales pitches to meet customer requirements.
- **Sales Conversion**:

- Close sales by addressing customer concerns and negotiating terms.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
- **Market Awareness**:

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Provide feedback to management to improve product offerings and strategies.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and outcomes.
- Prepare regular sales reports for review by management.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- **Experience**: Fresher, Experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and handle rejection.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas or targets.
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
