**About the role**:
We are looking for a dynamic Strategy Associate who is both a strategic thinker and practical problem solver. Someone who has the curiosity to learn about and shape the future of a critical industry that is on the cusp of transformation. You will work on projects that move the needle for the company, partners, and farmers. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to:

- Formulate long-term strategic priorities and plans related to organic and inorganic growth
- Research emerging industry trends and competitive dynamics,
- Evaluate strategic partnership opportunities,
- Advance internal business performance improvement
- Support the organization to implement strategic initiatives, collect feedback, and iterate on plans
- Perform strategic analysis and solve problems creatively, with limited resources
- Synthesize complex information into clear takeaways using both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations
- Influence key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Support product, marketing, sales, and government relations on strategic projects
- Develop your leadership style, leveraging your own passions, strengths, and personal values in service of making our planet a more sustainable place

**will**
**have**:

- A minimum of two (2) years of experience at a consulting firm, corporate strategy or development team, investment bank, PE or VC firm
- Strong analytical and financial abilities to work on complex business issues with minimum supervision
- Proven leadership and communication skills working with senior executives
- Knowledge of High-tech, Automotive, Energy, and/or Agriculture industries are a plus, with demonstrated ability to ramp up quickly in new areas
- Ability to excel in all areas of strategy development, including project management, business analysis, problem solving, verbal and written communication, consensus building
- Experience building financial models in Excel and developing high-quality presentations in PowerPoint
- Comfort with ambiguity and the fast pace of a rapidly growing start-up
- A highly collaborative attitude - be fun and easy to work with ?
