**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and expert guidance throughout their jewellery purchasing journey.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our jewellery collections, including materials, designs, and craftsmanship, to effectively assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary considerations, offering tailored recommendations and solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and share compelling stories behind each piece to enhance customer engagement and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and team targets, utilizing effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and product expertise through ongoing training and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the jewellery industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong product knowledge and passion for jewellery, with a keen eye for design and craftsmanship.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance.
- Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
