**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in various tasks across departments such as digital marketing, administration, and student engagement.
- Conduct research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student feedback.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and workshops.
- Assist with managing TIPS-G’s social media accounts, including content creation and community engagement.
- Help maintain student records, track attendance, and follow up on admissions and inquiries.
- Provide administrative support in day-to-day operations, including documentation and reporting.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer fresh ideas for marketing and student engagement strategies.
- Contribute to special projects and assist team members in achieving their goals.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on diverse responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and administrative processes.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Docs, and other productivity software is a plus.
