**DESIGNATION: Accounts Assistant**

**EXPERIENCE: 0yrs - 5yrs**

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Performs routine data entry, filing, and maintenance in order to support the department.
- Assists in verifying cost accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable records in order to ensure accuracy.
- Uses office automated systems to input data to facilitate accounting tasks and generate basic financial reports.
- Assists in balancing general or subsidiary ledgers to ensure accuracy.
- Operating tally software
- To Manintain ledger
- sales and purchase day to day accounting
- To prepare bills and quotations
- To prepare GST charts to maintain records

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Chennai - 600089, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- Tally: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
