**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory & Store Management**
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and dispatches.
- Monitor and control inventory using specialized software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely material availability.

**Billing & Documentation**
- Generate purchase orders, goods receipt notes (GRNs), and invoices.
- Verify vendor bills and ensure timely processing of payments.
- Maintain documentation for inward/outward materials and ensure compliance with company policies.

**Accounts Support**
- Assist in accounts payable/receivable entries and reconciliations.
- Support monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
- Maintain ledgers, journals, and other accounting records as required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate in Commerce or Business Administration.
- Specialization or certification in inventory management software.
- 5-6 years of experience in store and accounts management, preferably in a manufacturing /warehouses or plant environment.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
