**Position Overview**:
The Front Desk Coordinator at Evervent is a key role responsible for managing front desk operations while providing exceptional customer service. This position combines skills in accounting, data entry, customer service, and marketing support, ensuring smooth daily operations and enhancing our company’s professional image.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Warmly welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
- Resolve customer issues with efficiency and escalate complex matters when necessary.
- **Accounting**:

- Handle and record financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and expense management.
- Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Manage petty cash and support budgeting and financial reporting tasks.
- **Data Entry**:

- Enter and update data in company systems with precision.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare reports as needed for internal use and management review.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials such as brochures and newsletters.
- Help coordinate marketing events and promotional activities.
- Maintain and update the company’s website and social media channels.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and faxing.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role, with a background in accounting and marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with accounting software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital tools is advantageous.
