## **Job Summary**:
The person is responsible for providing administrative, technical, or support services to ensure the smooth operation of the educational institution. This role involves assisting students, teachers, and management in various non-instructional capacities.

## **Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform administrative duties such as record-keeping, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Provide technical or support services based on department needs.
- Assist with student affairs, admissions, or examinations as required.
- Maintain office or facility organization and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
- Handle inquiries and provide necessary support to students, staff, and visitors.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.

## **Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum [Degree/Diploma] in [Relevant Field].
- [X] years of experience in a similar role (if applicable).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in [Relevant Software/Tools].
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
