**Job Description: -**
- Responsible for establishing the General Trade segment of the organization.
- Identifying and enrolling stockists for the products (ghee, paneer, curd and PPM Milk) and ghee business.
- Deliver primary and secondary sales target as per Annual Operating Plan in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for developing and expanding Sales & Profitability of the company in the assigned region.
- Stock Management at depots & Distributors / Super Stockist / Sub-Stockist, Credit Control, Damage/Expiry Control for complete SKU and product range availability.
- Planning and implementation of sales promotional activities in the territory.
- Identify and weed out small and high impact issues faced by channel partners.
- Reviewing visibility of product range at retail counters.
- Analyse and control expenditures of assigned area to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity.

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- Degree in marketing / sales, or similar.
- Prior experience in handling sales of territories.
- A thorough understanding of contemporary trends in consumerism.
- Strong leadership, delegation, and capacity development skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Team manager
- Respect for people and ideas.
- A flexible approach to work
- Experience in Dairy or FMCG (daily needs categories or commodities like sugar, edible oils etc.) industry is preferable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and lead by example.
- Orientation towards achieving operational excellence in regular operational work for enhanced team productivity and delivery.
- Customer centric approach and strong relationship management for engagement of channel partners and customers.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
