Handling inbound calls, converting them into a booking / sales
Helping customers with Travel planning, flights & packages, Travel advise and information
Exceeding monthly Sales target every month while maintaining quality
Attractive salary, best incentives in the Travel industry
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Determine customer needs and suggest suitable travel information.2. Use Promotional techniques to sell tickets to customers.3. Create and maintain records of all the customers.

4. Able to handle all the post sales call.

5. Handle problems and complaints of customers for chargeback.

6. Meet Sales Targets.
Knowledge of US Geography is must

**Skills Required**:
Excellent command over English - both written and spoken
- Good sales and presentation skills

Atleast 6 month of experience.(mandate).
- Should be able to interact with US/UK clients effectively.
- Should have good geographical knowledge and know the airport codes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
