**Job Title**: Data Entry Specialist

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter, update, and maintain data in computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and take corrective actions.
- Retrieve and organize data for reporting and analysis as requested.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
- Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or incomplete records.
- Follow established procedures and protocols for data entry and management.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management software.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (data entry tests may be required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with database systems or specialized data entry software.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or ERP platforms.
- Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies efficiently.
