***Job description**:
**Objective**:Own post-sales solution design, implementation, and operationalization of Customer Zero Trust products and drive customer success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, installation, and integration of Customer Zero Trust product portfolio in diverse IT environments (virtual/physical/container, on-prem/cloud/hybrid)
- Work with customers throughout a delivery project life cycle - planning, architecture (including HLD, LLD etc.), deploying and configuring Customer Zero Trust security platform.
- Develop Security Rulesets and Policies to implement Customer Zero trust products to meet the customer’s requirements.
- Manage any deployments and upgrades, define approach and timelines
- Provide and document best practices and recommendations on the product implementations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation to be delivered for customer engagement.
- Be the single point owner of the customer deployment and interface between the client’s teams and the Customer support teams.
- Work with Customer Success managers to deliver success and further account growth.
- Provide reporting and metrics on the deployment in the client’s environment.
- Travel to customer locations (if needed) to assist customers in short-term implementation engagements.
- Facilitate Knowledge transfer and education on the Customer implementation to the client’s teams.

**Skills/Requirements**:

- Strong hands-on experience in implementing Network/Endpoint security solutions.
- Experience of one or many of the following networking and security technologies: Network security, Firewall/WAF/RASP, routing/switching, IP addressing/subnetting, PKI, IPS/IDS, VPN etc.
- Hands-on knowledge of one or more scripting tools and technologies: Python/Bash/Ruby/PowerShell, Chef/Puppet/Ansible, etc.
- Experience with Linux platforms, especially CentOS/Red Hat
- Experience with Windows server platforms.
- Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, or other containerization technologies
- Strong client-facing and conflict management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess issues with unfamiliar technology.
- Ability to thrive in an environment with new and evolving technology.
- Ability to interface with a client project team and deliver a calm approach to resolving issues.
- Ability to work with a larger offshore team and evolve all delivery plans with the offshore teams.
- Project delivery experience is a strong advantage. The ability to diffuse challenging situations and put a client at ease.
- Strong communication skills, the ability to understand how a message should be delivered, to who, and when.
- Willing to travel periodically based on customer and business needs

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- CISSP/CCSP/CompTIA Security/CISA/CISM or other similar security certifications
- 10-12 years of Architecting/Deployment/Technical Account Management experience in a Cybersecurity/SaaS organization
- Minimum of 3 years experience in customer-facing roles - preferably in a Deployment/Professional Services role.
