- Managing and supervising the construction according to the drawings and specifications, safety protocols and state sanitation standards.
- Attending meetings and competently communicate with clients, subcontractors and statutory authorities.
- Quality control in accordance with BIS/procedures method statements, quality plans and inspection and test plan.
- Prepare technical reports, Records drawings and submitting it to managerial personnel
- Measurement and valuation
- Liaising with project purchasing department to ensure that purchase orders adequately define the specified requirements.
- Testing building materials such as concrete, steel, water, etcand approving it for the construction.
- Preparing bar-bending schedules.
- Maintenance of daily records.
- General co-ordination on Mobile app
- Handling Civil Side in Web app and Mobile app
- Project Scheduling, monitoring and preparation of micro plans
- Review engineering drawing and specifications and ensure the correctness of transfer of drawing details to ground.
- Coordinating with Design & Construction team.
- Ensure the quality of the materials used for construction and also the completed member of the structure.
- Supervision and Quality of structure works as per drawing & specifications & ensure no rework.
- Maintain Quality Records.
- Ensuring timely resource availability.
- Ensuring Safety on site.
- Quantity Surveying.
- Verification of contractor's running & final bills as per contract condition
- Physical measurement of quantities and tracking the productivity.
- BOQ preparation of mini projects.
- Reconciliation of free issue materials.
- Maintain the vendor records.
- Estimation of quantities as per drawing.
- Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring using Primavera and Microsoft Project.
- Quantities take off (Architectural & Structural).
- Assistance in specification analysis and rising of queries.
- Project co-ordination.
- Project Leading
- BOQ Filling
