Online Scholarship Test (CUCET) Proctor at Chandigarh University

**Position Overview**: As an Online Scholarship Test (CUCET) Proctor at Chandigarh University, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and smooth conduct of the scholarship test for prospective students. Your role will involve monitoring and supervising the online test-taking process, addressing technical issues, and maintaining a secure testing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proctoring: Oversee the online scholarship test to ensure fairness and compliance with testing policies and procedures.
- Technical Support: Provide assistance to test-takers in resolving technical issues related to the online testing platform, ensuring a smooth testing experience.
- Pre-Test Preparation: Collaborate with the testing team to set up and configure the online testing platform, including user accounts, test parameters, and security protocols.
- Test Security: Implement and enforce security measures to prevent cheating, plagiarism, or any other form of academic misconduct during the test.
- Communication: Communicate test instructions, guidelines, and technical requirements to test-takers, ensuring they understand the test format and expectations.
- Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to any technical or procedural issues that arise during the test and provide immediate support to rectify problems.
- Data Management: Collect and maintain accurate records of test-taker information, test scores, and any other relevant data required for reporting purposes.
- Reporting: Generate reports summarizing test-taker performance, technical glitches, and any other relevant observations or incidents during the test.
- Training: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the online testing platform, procedures, and policies, and share knowledge with other proctors.
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service to test-takers, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with online testing platforms or learning management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with test-takers and address their queries and concerns.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and integrity throughout the testing process.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively under time constraints.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in proctoring or administering online exams is preferred but not mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
