**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Education Counselor to join our team. As an Education Counselor, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals make informed decisions about their educational and career paths in the IT industry. You will be responsible for guiding prospective students through our training programs, providing information about course offerings, and assisting them in making the right choices for their professional development.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Counseling**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their career goals, interests, and educational background.
- Provide detailed information about our IT training programs, curriculum, and certification opportunities.
- Address any queries or concerns that prospective students may have regarding the courses.

**Admissions Assistance**:

- Assist in the completion of admission forms and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

**Course Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in IT to effectively communicate the value of our training programs.
- Collaborate with the training team to gain in-depth knowledge of course content, ensuring accurate representation to potential students.

**Marketing Support**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and participate in marketing events to attract prospective students.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor offerings to contribute to marketing strategies.

**Relationship Building**:

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with educational institutions, industry professionals, and relevant stakeholders to enhance the institute's visibility and reputation.

**Follow-up and Feedback**:

- Conduct follow-up sessions with enrolled students to gather feedback and address any concerns they may have during the training period.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
