**Job Title**: AI/ML Intern/Fresher

**Location**: Pune (On-site)
**Employment Type**: Internship/Entry-level (Full-time, with potential for extension or full-time offer)
**Eligibility**: BE/B.Tech (AI & Data Science), Graduating in 2025 from reputed institutions preferred

**About the Role**:
**Mandatory Skills (Must Have Experience in Projects/Internships)**:

- **Machine Learning (ML)** - model building, evaluation, and deployment
- **Deep Learning (DL)** - neural networks, CNNs, RNNs, Transformers
- **Natural Language Processing (NLP & NLM)** - text processing, embeddings, language models
- **Python (Core)** - proficient in data manipulation, model implementation
- **Generative AI Tools** - practical experience with at least one platform (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- **Agentic AI** - exposure to agent-based AI workflows
- **LangChain** - hands-on project experience

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Multiple academic or self-driven AI/ML projects (link to GitHub/portfolio required)
- Prior internships in AI/ML/DL/NLP domains
- Exposure to AI model fine-tuning, vector databases, and prompt engineering
