Maintenance Electrical(Electrical)

**JOB DESCRIPTION - Electrical Maintenance**

Qualification: Diploma - Electrical Engineering

Grade - T1

**Need C License Certificate**

Experience - 5 to 6 years of experience in electrical maintenance

Must have work experience in Heavy Engineering / Auto industry and in-depth knowledge on

Utility and Shop equipment’s maintenance.

**Utilities & Shop Equipment - Maintenance**
- Operation and maintenance of 33KV Outdoor Switch Yard
- Daily Evaluate the energy meter reading for the plant
- Operation & Maintenance of Diesel Generator
- Operation and maintenance of Invertor, UPS and it’s Battery
- Operation and maintenance of Compressor and Driers
- Operation and maintenance of Transformer’s & Electrical switchgear
- Operation and Maintenance of APFC panel for maintaining the Power Factor also Harmonic Level within acceptable limits.
- Operation and maintenance of HVAC System including Water & oil cooled chillers, Cooling towers, Pumps, AHU’S & Split units
- Compliance with all equipment OEE, Availability, MTTR, MTBF metrics as defined targets.
- 1MW Roof top & parking Solar Maintenance & Adherence of Plans cleaning schedule & Monitoring and record the solar generation.
- Knowledge on PLC & machine Trouble shooting
- Knowledge in CNC Machine maintenance
- Strong knowledge on CCTV, PA & Firefighting system maintenance
- Develop the Maintenance schedule and adhere the same
- Knowledge in Total Productive Maintenance
- Knowledge in Root cause analysis for every breakdown
- Knowledge in Spares and critical Spares management
- Team player and capable to manage the shift individually.
- Routine Maintenance of EOT & Semi gantry cranes
- Regular Breakdown works in shop floor equipment’s
- Operation and maintenance of Hydro pneumatic system for our industrial water.
- Routine maintenance of Street light and motorized gate.
- Experience on implementation of Kaizen, Energy conservation, Cost saving initiatives etc.

**Facility & Factory Management**
- Implementation of CFP and Energy saving projects across the Sricity plant.
- Awareness on ERP and close follow-up to ensure the PR-PO transaction process till materials delivery.
- In-line with equipment spares inventory and Re-Ordering.
- Familiar with safety standards and regulations.
- Knowledge on Building Management system-IoT Technology

**Audit and Documentation**
- Able to capture all maintenance related documents up to date.
- Awareness on IMS documentation.
- Knowledge on MS office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹39,263.87 per month
