**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Teach French Language**: Conduct French language classes for students of different age groups and proficiency levels.
- **Curriculum Development**: Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and lesson plans tailored to students' needs.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Regularly assess students’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a disciplined and conducive learning environment.
- **Individual Support**: Offer additional support and resources for students needing extra help.
- **Cultural Awareness**: Incorporate cultural aspects of French-speaking countries to enhance the learning experience.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest teaching methodologies and language acquisition research.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in French, Education, or a related field. Certification in teaching French as a foreign language (e.g., DELF/DALF) is highly desirable.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in teaching French, either in a classroom setting or private tutoring.
- **Language Proficiency**: Native or near-native proficiency in French.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong ability to engage and motivate students.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- **Passion for Teaching**: A genuine interest in helping students learn and succeed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience preparing students for French language proficiency exams (e.g., DELF, DALF).
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms.
- Ability to teach additional languages is a plus.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
