- Conducting TNIs, Refreshers, PKTs and driving learning completion
- Self login and processing customer interactions
- Conduct quality audits and provide feedback to advisors
- Maintaining process update tracker and incorporate changes in the training content
- Should have relevant experience in process training in BPO
- Comfortable with RAG analysis
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willing to work in rotational shifts

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
