**TIG WELDER**

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- REPORTING TO Production Manager
- AGE : 25 - 45 YEARS
- FLUENT IN MALAYALAM / ENGLISH
- Experience - 3+ years as Tig Welder
- Job location - Angamaly, Kerala

**TIG WELDER Duties and Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and speciTications.
- Calculate and measure the dimensions of parts to be welded.
- Inspect structures or materials to be welded.
- Weld materials according to blueprint speciTications.
- Monitor the welding process and adjust heat as necessary.
- Maintain equipment and machinery.
- Drawing review and compliance for Tinal dimensions, weld note callouts, base material and

Tiller material selection.
- Tack welding, fabrication of shop aids and Tixtures to assist fabrication and welding.
- Weld inspection for weld size, face and root reinforcement, cracks, inclusions and porosity.
- Lean Manufacturing, general housekeeping, work in a teaming environment, 5S.
- Daily compliance to customer drawings and speciTications to maintain aerospace Quality

Standards.
- Complies with internal quality system and regulatory requirements
- Maintains qualiTication for welding certiTications.
- Cleans work area, tools, and equipment at end of shift.
- Follows all business policies and procedures.

**Performs other duties as assigned.**

Need to go to sites if necessary TIG WELDER Quali?ications
- ITI or equivalent qualiTication required
- A minimum of 3 years of related experience Machinist

**Language Skills**:
Ability to read and interpret documents related to the work assigned

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
