**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our creative team to conceptualize and execute compelling visual designs for a wide range of projects, including but not limited to digital marketing materials, social media graphics, website assets, and more.
- Translate creative briefs and concepts into high-quality, on-brand designs that resonate with our target audience.
- Utilize your expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma to manipulate images, create illustrations, design layouts, and generate mockups with finesse and precision.
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to ensure our designs are fresh, modern, and aligned with current visual standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to deliver optimal results.
- Maintain organized files and documentation to ensure seamless collaboration and version control within the design process.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering creative insights and innovative ideas to enhance our design strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven portfolio showcasing your proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, with a diverse range of design projects that demonstrate your creativity and technical skillset.
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout composition, color theory, and typography.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A passion for continuous learning and an eagerness to stay updated on emerging design trends and tools.
- Experience with animation and video editing is a plus.
